NAZ DARDASHTI, MA, CPE

Naz Dardashti, Certified Professional Ergonomist (CPE), Consultant and Ergonomics Specialist, manages ergonomic projects, performs ergonomic assessments, redesigns workspaces, writes reports, and creates training programs to improve the efficiency and work environment of individuals. Her experience includes extensive work with Verizon as consultant, trainer, and facilitator of Verizon’s ergonomic process within its nation-wide call centers, resulting in a reduction of Cumulative Trauma Disorder rates among call center employees.

Naz received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from California State University, Northridge graduating at the top of her class, and her Master of Arts degree from Claremont Graduate University, specializing her research in human factors/ergonomics. She has spent the past eight years consulting for major companies in the office and industrial environments like OfficeMax, Kaiser Permanente, Pepsi, Miller Brewing, and NBC Universal.

Naz is a member of the Human Factors and Ergonomics Society. She has achieved recognition as a Certified Professional Ergonomist from the Board of Certification in Professional Ergonomics (BCPE) and is a lifetime member of Omicron Delta Kappa: The National Leadership Society.
